- Uploaded Files: Files are held only as needed to process the conversion and are sent to our AI processing provider. Converted output may remain in temporary server memory for up to five minutes to support safe retries, then expires automatically. We do not provide permanent document storage.
- Account Information: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes
- Usage Data: Retained for analytics and service improvement purposes, typically for up to 24 months
- Payment Information: Processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
